The 11th Annual Harvest Festival will be Saturday, September 25, from noon – 3pm at Cattlemen’s Hall in Oakley. The festival is free and open to the public. FREE Summit County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Canyons Cabriolet parking lot. Composting Clinic – October

Join Recycle Utah for our free Composting Lunch and Learn on Saturday October 9th at 10:00am at the center. Masks will be required and physical distancing will be enforced. Yard and food waste composes approximately 30% of the material sent to the landfill each year. Composting uses a small amount of water and oxygen to decompose this waste, turning it into a nutrient-rich fertilizer. October Dumpster Days

Save yourself a trip to the landfill and take advantage of Dumpster Days! October Dumpster Days at Recycle Utah will be held October 28-30, 2021 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Two large bins will be placed on Woodbine Way for garbage and yard waste. Residential waste only! Now in our 30th year, Recycle Utah has grown into Park City’s Center for Hard to Recycle Materials, or Park City’s CHaRM center. We accept over 45 items for recycling including glass, batteries, CDs, cooking oil and fats, contact lenses, shoes and Styrofoam. We have a staff of 5 full-time employees, average 400 daily visitors at the Center per day, educate 5,000 children per year through our schools program, and divert over 1,700 tons of recyclable material from the landfill annually
