What goes in this bin?

Any type of metal is acceptable in this bin. Examples:

• Tin/steel cans—rinsed out
• Non-working appliances like washing machines, dryers, hot water heaters. Some dishwashers are plastic, so please check with staff. NO refrigerators.
• Steel gates, barbed wire,
• BBQ grills, pipe, metal sheeting
• Metal coat hangers

Where does it go?

All metals will be sorted according to grade, shredded, melted down and made into new products.
