Our 5,000 square foot facility is open year round. Open daily for recycling drop off. Over 40 different items collected for recycling. Our Warehouse offers used building materials. More recycling drop off locations in outlying areas throughout Summit County. Closed on major holidays.

Happy Pigs

Happy Pigs is a food waste reduction program sponsored by Sean Wharton and Recycle Utah that reduces waste going to our landfills and promotes local agriculture. The Happy Pigs program collects clean food waste from local businesses and resorts in Park City and Kamas and uses this material to feed pigs in Kamas instead of sending it to the landfill. The program then sells these pigs to local farmers to raise further, or for local consumption - promoting local sustainable agriculture as well as reducing waste. The Happy Pigs program produces over 100 pigs for local use and diverts over 10,000 cubic feet of clean food waste from the landfill annually.
