Changes to the Global Climate

A lesson plan by Steven Lott

Changes to the Global Climate demonstrates the principles of heat retention that can be related to the environment. This activity can be used in a variety of settings and will provide strong support to their previous knowledge of climate and changes in global climate. The experiment is simple and safe and can be done in a classroom that is not set up for laboratory work. Math Teachers can extend the lesson and have students present data using charts, tally charts, labeled graphs and tables.
