FOAM DENSIFIER ARRIVES
EPS Foam Densifier a Trail Blazer
Recycle Utah’s new packing foam machine is blazing the trail for other small quantity generators to model. It's located in the back bay.
A densifier is a compactor that compresses and melts packing foam. This prototype has been built to RU’s specs.
The new packing foam densifier will squeeze the air-filled product to a fraction of its original size. RU can cut fossil fuel usage by 75%, reducing our carbon footprint accordingly.
This achievement was made possible by members and financial supporters who attended our Earth Day fundraiser last spring and made significant grants.
