About Us
Mission

Recycle Utah’s Mission is to Empower People to

Lead Sustainable Lives.

In 1991, a group of concerned citizens established the Park City Conservation Association to collect recycling, promote water conservation, and envision a zero waste plan for Summit County, Utah. The nonprofit prevents 200 tons of recyclables from being landfilled every month. The Park City center accepts 40 different items from households and businesses and maintains satellite collection locations in Kimball Junction, Coalville, Kamas and Heber. Environmental teachers visit 4,000 school children in classrooms every year. The nonprofit serves about 40,000 people in Summit and Wasatch Counties.

The Park City Conservation Association, dba Recycle Utah, is a 501 c(3) non profit organization.
Our Tax ID Number is: 87-0480848.
